Elizabeth Kirschner, LMSW, is an experienced social worker with over two decades of work in early intervention and developmental services. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Stony Brook University. Her approach integrates CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy. 

Before her current role at Complete Neuropsychology P.C., Elizabeth held leadership and clinical positions across early childhood and developmental programs, including roles as Evaluation Supervisor, Evaluation Coordinator, and Assistant Director. She has supervised multidisciplinary teams, supported families through the early intervention process, facilitated parent support groups, and provided counseling and case management across community and residential settings. Elizabeth is known for her compassion, clinical insight, and commitment to helping individuals and families navigate challenges with clarity and support.
